Training, technique, gear, nutrition, race strategy...triathlon is a complex and difficult sport to master. Now is your chance to get answers to all your questions. Zoom Performance, head coach, Matt Zepeda will lead the Triathlon 101 Education Clinic on Wednesday, May 4th at 6:45pm in the large conference room (4) at the Healthy Living Center. Each participant will also be placed in a raffle to receive a free ten-week training program geared toward a sprint or olympic triathlon of their choice. If you are not the lucky winner, there will also be an opportunity to purchase a one-time, discounted ten-week program that evening.

First Bike + Breakfast - Sun, May 1 - meet at Willow Springs Park (WDM) @ 6AM for 6:15am departure - 25 mile round-trip ride on paved trails to Mullets Restaurant (Downtown) and back. We'll hit a quick hot lap in Waterworks park to build the appetite, eat light meal at Mullets (breakfast taco or sandwich) and then back. Optional 10-minute run when we get back.
